We want you to absolutely love your Pantheon pieces. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
Return Policy

We accept returns for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

If your return is initiated after 10 days but within 30 days, you'll receive a store credit instead.

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.
Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
Final Sale Items

Please note that custom pieces, promotional items, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Returns

International customers—including those in the US, UK, EU, and Australia—are eligible for returns. However, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and store credits will be issued in the original purchase currency after the return has been received and inspected.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pantheon is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
Duties and Taxes
- Pantheon is not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or taxes that may be applied to international shipments. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Please note that as of July 1, 2021, EU countries are subject to VAT under new regulations. The exact amount will vary by country, and Pantheon is unable to estimate or apply these fees at checkout.
- If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for clarification before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please reach out to our team at customerservice@pantheonshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Additional Information
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
